Key Responsibilities

  • •Set product direction for the end-to-end acquiring lifecycle (boarding to capture, clearing, settlement, funding, and reporting).
  • •Lead prioritization and execution of product requirements, including APIs and data models for transaction lifecycle and financial processing.
  • •Own settlement and funding capabilities (interchange, fee calculation, net/gross settlement, adjustments, and exception handling).
  • •Drive reconciliation and financial control workflows to ensure consistency between transaction processing, settlement outputs, and reporting.
  • •Partner with senior engineering, architecture, operations, finance, risk, and regional teams to deliver scalable backend platform services and align roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
  • •Strong systems thinking with deep technical engagement in APIs, data, SQL, architecture, and platform design.
  • •Experience with settlement engines, ledger/accounting systems, financial platforms, or systems of record supporting regulated financial operations.
  • •Proven ability to define product strategy for interchange qualification, merchant pricing constructs, settlement funding behaviors, and lifecycle financial controls.
  • •Experience leading product managers or cross-functional delivery teams across multiple technology workstreams.
