Job Summary

Lead enterprise implementations as the strategic executive sponsor for Zip’s largest, most complex deployments. Own implementation success for global, multi-entity initiatives with multi-ERP integrations and complex change management. Re-architect scalable delivery methodologies and governance playbooks, then act as a player-coach to mentor Solutions Architects and Implementation Managers. Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to turn implementation learnings into roadmap and pre-sales improvements while maintaining rigorous quality and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as Executive Sponsor and senior implementation authority for strategic, Fortune 500, highly customized enterprise deployments.
•Design scalable, repeatable implementation processes covering discovery, solution architecture, workflow design, and testing.
•Act as player-coach to mentor Implementation Managers and Solutions Architects on governance, stakeholder management, and delivery.
•Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to convert implementation learnings into product roadmap inputs and pre-sales scoping improvements.
•Implement governance, health monitoring, risk escalation, and quality standards to maintain CSAT and net revenue retention (NRR).

Key Requirements

•10+ years implementing enterprise software, professional services, solutions architecture, or management consulting, including 4+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role in SaaS/B2B.
•Proven success overseeing complex, multi-workstream enterprise deployments, including major ERP integrations (Workday, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and global rollouts.
•Track record scaling professional services/implementation teams by designing robust methodologies, playbooks, and KPIs.
•Strong mentorship focus—coaching people into strategic advisors and future team managers.
•Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills for C-level stakeholders and scope management.
