Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain an environment conducive to personnel, plant, and public safety.
  • •Assist in safe preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and systems.
  • •Employ a high standard of quality in work performed and adhere to procedures and guidelines.
  • •Report to work with the right attitude, provide feedback for continuous improvement, and promote teamwork.
  • •Work around energized (mostly low voltage) and in-service plant equipment in both indoor and outdoor industrial settings.

  • •Currently enrolled in a two-year degree program (Instrument and Control, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical) and have completed at least two semesters satisfactorily.
  • •Self-starter with a driven attitude and strong desire to learn new skills.
  • •Good technical writing skills and good interpersonal skills.
  • •Basic PC skills and ability to apply knowledge to new situations.
  • •Ability to adapt and excel in a strict compliance-based environment, asking for directions before proceeding if unsure.
