•Analyze customer orderbooks, identify actions to improve deliveries and service, and coordinate implementation of performance levers while communicating status accurately.
•Ensure accurate integration of customer orders into company systems by verifying order and master data and proactively resolving issues with cross-functional stakeholders.
•Maintain cleanliness of aged/prior/too-late-to-cover NAM WHS orderbooks across assigned accounts from initial order intake through shipment.
•Develop and implement account-specific setup, services, and processes aligned to customer needs and WHS strategic priorities and policies.
•Support order management processes by enabling delivery note flow with Supply Chain, GBS, and Tech teams, and complete administration, documentation, and financial reconciliation.

Key Requirements

•2 years or more of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Minimum 1 year of experience in a role involving direct interaction with external or internal customers.

•Ability to use analysis tools including PowerBI, Excel, and Tableau to support order and data processing.
•Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while managing urgent, ownership-driven tasks.
