Trainer - Candidate Services

Assess, develop, and implement training programs for frontline customer service within Global Candidate Services Operations. Plan and deliver onboarding and ongoing skills training, adapt materials based on learning styles, and test trainees to evaluate effectiveness. Create and maintain professional training materials and eLearning content, support process improvements through observations and quality calibration, and update knowledge base content for client and policy information. Lead group instructional and refresher sessions using Prometric systems.
