You’ll lead troubleshooting and verification of point-to-point functionality, configure IP addressable devices, and perform programming tasks for AMX/Crestron and DSP systems (Q-SYS, Biamp). Partner with the Project Manager to deliver documented test results, handle client training, create punchlists, and travel to customer sites as needed.
