Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain an independent, forward-looking view of each client’s creditworthiness and communicate it to business and risk partners.
  • •Perform monitoring actions, conduct periodic deal reviews, and decide whether to renew or modify deals.
  • •Analyze historical financials and projections to ensure accurate risk ratings and early identification of emerging credit issues.
  • •Manage underwriting, approval, and documentation for transactions including new money, extensions, amendments, waivers, and ancillary products (treasury management, FX, interest rate derivatives, commodity exposure).
  • •Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines and create portfolio performance reports and presentations for senior management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 6 years of experience in portfolio management, commercial banking, or a related discipline.
  • •Strong understanding of accounting, credit analysis, portfolio management, structuring, underwriting, and legal documentation.
  • •Expertise in financial and risk analysis, including financial modeling, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional client-facing presence.
