Job Summary

Join Aon Vietnam as an Operations Executive supporting a hybrid team in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi. Key Responsibilities

•Lead operational excellence initiatives including income recognition across multiple internal systems; ensure accuracy and compliance.
•Support and/or lead client service delivery projects (marketing/events, templates, market reports) and drive projects to completion.
•Provide consultative advice within Operations and apply business insight to recommended improvements.
•Operate independently, follow established standards, and meet KPIs; entrust tasks to appropriate team members as needed.
•Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders; engage senior personnel to leverage networks within the area.

Key Requirements
