Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor risk thresholds for portfolios and work with risk and portfolio managers to interpret and address breaches.
  • •Review and provide oversight of work produced by analysts and senior analysts.
  • •Collaborate to design new analytical reporting formats, retire legacy reporting, automate processes, and deliver investment risk analysis.
  • •Develop regularly scheduled exposure analysis and create customized risk reports in response to market conditions.
  • •Partner with risk management and senior leadership and review materials for Equity and Fixed Income Committee meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10 years of experience within the investment management industry.
  • •MBA in Finance or equivalent (CFA/FRM or above is an advantage).
  • •Strong understanding of equities, fixed income, alternatives, and derivative instruments.
  • •Good working knowledge of reporting/analytics tools including Power BI, VBA, SQL, and Python.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
