Key Responsibilities

  • •Retain and develop an established client portfolio, ensuring service meets client needs.
  • •Attend client meetings as a Key Advisor and provide expert consulting on employee benefits.
  • •Develop and maintain long-term relationships to drive renewals, retention, and identify new business opportunities.
  • •Identify revenue generation opportunities for existing clients and collaborate with wider Aon teams to expand services.
  • •Stay up-to-date with industry trends and monitor market developments to advise clients effectively.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in the Health & Benefits sector is preferred, whether from a Risk or Health background.
  • •This role may suit someone currently in an admin or sales role looking to take the next step to a consultant position.
  • •Strong client-facing skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • •Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external client teams.
  • •Commercial mindset with effective planning of pipeline opportunities and a motivation to improve Aon IQ.
