Key Responsibilities

•Retain and develop an established client portfolio, ensuring service meets client needs.
•Attend client meetings as a Key Advisor and provide expert consulting on employee benefits.
•Develop and maintain long-term relationships to drive renewals, retention, and identify new business opportunities.
•Identify revenue generation opportunities for existing clients and collaborate with wider Aon teams to expand services.
•Stay up-to-date with industry trends and monitor market developments to advise clients effectively.

Key Requirements

•Experience in the Health & Benefits sector is preferred, whether from a Risk or Health background.
•This role may suit someone currently in an admin or sales role looking to take the next step to a consultant position.
•Strong client-facing skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
•Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external client teams.
•Commercial mindset with effective planning of pipeline opportunities and a motivation to improve Aon IQ.
