Key Responsibilities

•Develop scalable Python applications focused on GenAI and foundation-model use cases.
•Implement GenAI techniques such as document chunking, embeddings, RAG, and prompt engineering.
•Lead autonomous agent and multi-agent system implementations capable of complex decision-making and external system interaction.
•Build full-stack applications integrating generative AI models and agentic systems for seamless user experiences.
•Deploy, manage, and optimize AI/ML workloads using LLMOps/MLOps and DevOps best practices, including CI/CD, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

Key Requirements

•6 to 10 years of experience in building AI/GenAI solutions.
•Advanced Python with async programming, OOP, and REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
•Hands-on GenAI and ML experience using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, and Semantic Kernel, plus TensorFlow and PyTorch.
•Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design and optimization with tools like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
•Experience designing full-stack GenAI systems, including agentic autonomous/multi-agent implementations and deployment using at least one major cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
