Job Summary

Monitor architectural engineering work on-site to ensure inspections, finishes, building components, and contractor documents align with approved plans, codes, specifications, and the Quality Control Plan. Coordinate inspection protocols, perform material and architectural inspections, and conduct tests to confirm quality requirements. Track progress through reports, diaries, and photography, issue NCRs with corrective actions, support expediting approvals/NOCs, and oversee HSE-related matters during execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor architectural engineering activities to ensure compliance with inspection plans, drawings, codes, and specifications.
•Review contractor shop drawings/documents, flag and rectify issues, and ensure contractor compliance with the approved Quality Control Plan.
•Perform architectural and material inspections, conduct/evaluate tests, and verify placement, location, and quality of architectural finishes and building components.
•Maintain site records (daily site diaries, monthly progress photography), prepare daily logs/reports, and issue NCRs with support for corrective actions.
•Monitor HSE-related matters and participate in HSE training/meetings, and assist in expediting approvals and NOCs when stalled.
