•Coordinate and support the daily work of the team, leading according to safety, quality, delivery, and cost priorities.
•Perform equipment receipt, uncrate, clean, strip, tear down, inspect, repair, service, test, and package units per company procedures and standards.
•Use drawings, parts lists, and blueprints to evaluate and assist in estimating repair costs, time, and materials needed.
•Diagnose mechanical function issues through adjustments, and set up and operate test stands; document written test results.
•Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S, support shipments (paint/pack/crate/document), and recognize replenishment needs for tools and repair parts.

•Experience with precision machining setups and machine shop equipment such as lathes, mills, and drill presses (preferred).
