Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, ship, and maintain the core Command and Control software for the Lattice platform across vehicle and Ground Control Station deployments.
  • •Bridge the gap between hardware and human operators, enabling real-time telemetry, health monitoring, and autopilot tasks.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Perception, Motion Planning, Hardware, Test Engineering) to solve complex autonomous problems.
  • •Integrate GenAI agents into the system to allow operators to direct autonomous assets via natural language interfaces.
  • •Deliver reliable software capabilities for ambiguous problems with a bias toward rapid delivery and iteration.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
  • •Strong engineering background from industry or school in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
  • •3+ years working in a back end capacity in Python, C++, Rust, Go, or Java.
  • •Experience building software solutions involving significant amounts of data processing and analysis.
  • •Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex systems with a bias toward rapid delivery and iteration.
