Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose electrical, electronic, communication, controls, and embedded system faults across prototype, test, production, and field equipment.
  • •Design and support high-voltage and low-voltage power distribution and control systems, including contactors, relays, sensors, actuators, and wiring harnesses.
  • •Program, load, validate, and recover firmware on embedded microcontrollers and ECUs using standardized tools, bootloaders, and release protocols.
  • •Manage software and hardware configuration changes (parameter tuning, calibration, network settings, controller configuration) with traceability and documentation.
  • •Capture and analyze fault data logs (fault codes, waveforms, network traffic) using CAN, Ethernet, and serial interfaces to support root-cause analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Controls, or a related engineering field.
  • •Minimum three years of experience with electrical equipment, embedded controllers, industrial automation, mobile machinery, or electromechanical systems.
  • •Strong knowledge of DC/AC circuit theory, power distribution, protective systems, grounding, isolation techniques, and electrical safety standards.
  • •Hands-on PLC programming (ladder logic, structured text, function blocks) and embedded controller development for I/O, sensors, actuators, and state-based control.
  • •Proficiency with communication protocols such as CAN, Ethernet, and serial interfaces for commands, diagnostics, and data exchange.
