Forward Deployed Engineer

Deploy Monumint inside financial institutions by leading customer implementations, designing and building integrations, and adapting AI agents and workflows to each organization’s processes. Work directly with banks, credit unions, lenders, and fintechs, turning customer feedback into product improvements while solving complex production challenges. Build integrations with major financial platforms, represent the team at industry events, and travel to customer sites across the U.S. as part of the role.
