Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the maintenance, repair, and fleet transfer budget to ensure cost-efficient, high-quality repairs.
  • •Define repair strategies per vehicle based on damage reports and operational priorities.
  • •Maintain strong vehicle availability by coordinating workshop capacity, scheduling, and spare parts flow.
  • •Build and optimize the internal and external workshop network to improve turnaround times and cost efficiency.
  • •Lead and develop fleet teams and track KPIs (repair cost, time, and damage detection accuracy) to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a similar technical field.
  • •8+ years of experience in fleet management, maintenance/repair, or workshop management.
  • •5+ years of direct people management experience in a technical and operational environment.
  • •Strong analytical and budgeting skills focused on efficiency and quality.
  • •Proficiency in maintenance or fleet management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and working proficiency in German and English.
