Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with local and global domain experts to understand problems and deliver production AI solutions.
  • •Reuse and extend minimum viable solutions (MVS) / AI building blocks to build custom services, integrations, and agents.
  • •Ship solutions across backend, frontend, data/ML, and ops stacks, owning path from development to production.
  • •Ensure security, compliance, and reliability, setting up CI/CD, containerization, and IaaC as needed.
  • •Document, operationalize, and scale solutions by contributing new patterns to the central building-block catalogue.

Key Requirements

  • •Ship production code across backend, frontend, data, and ops stacks.
  • •Translate domain problems from unfamiliar codebases into working production AI solutions.
  • •Use cloud-native and DevOps practices including CI/CD, containers, and Kubernetes, plus testing/observability and secure coding in regulated environments.
  • •Apply the modern data/AI stack (e.g., Python, APIs, vector databases) and integrate LLM/agent frameworks with a prompt-first mindset.
  • •Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent professional experience and be fluent in English.
