Director of Vendor Operations

Build and scale Hungerstation’s Vendor Operations function by owning the full vendor lifecycle—from onboarding and compliance to performance management, quality, and support. Drive operational excellence across multiple verticals (restaurants, groceries, convenience stores, pharmacies) using data, KPIs, and controlled testing. Partner closely with product, technology, and regulatory stakeholders to improve vendor experience, ensure SLA compliance, and elevate vendor systems and training.
