Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver projects within cost and schedule constraints while coordinating multiple vendors and internal work.
  • •Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, including schedules, scope, budget estimations, implementation plans, and risk mitigation.
  • •Drive project team adherence to online and outage work management milestones.
  • •Establish and maintain scope management processes, quality/performance standards, and risk assessment processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Perform Emergency Response Organization (ERO) duties as assigned and report project outcomes/risks while escalating issues as necessary.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary school diploma with five years’ experience leading and managing projects within the past eight years, or a Bachelor’s degree or higher with three years’ experience leading and managing projects within the past eight years.
  • •Four years’ experience at a commercial nuclear power plant (preferred).
  • •Professional certification such as CAPM or PMP recommended (or within 2 years of becoming Project Manager).
  • •Strong attention to schedule deadlines and budgetary guidelines, with proven success working with all levels of management.
  • •Strong written and oral/verbal communication skills, including making formal presentations to management, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
