Lead store sales efforts to consistently meet and exceed sales goals while modeling the customer-first experience. Inspire the sales floor team to generate clientele, maximize retention, and deliver strong service feedback measured by NPS. Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inbound/outbound tracking, monitor key BOH and fulfillment metrics, support loss prevention, and coach associates through onboarding and ongoing training.
