Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical, project, and support functions for a major EPCM oil & gas project.
  • •Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, hiring priorities, and mobilisation plans.
  • •Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines using direct search, networking, referrals, social media, and talent communities.
  • •Screen, assess, and coordinate candidate interviews; provide market intelligence and guidance to stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate offer management and onboarding while maintaining accurate ATS records and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Full Thailand working rights to be considered for this role.
  • •2+ years’ full lifecycle recruiting and talent acquisition experience in a similar internal role.
  • •Experience recruiting for EPCM/engineering organizations in Construction, Oil & Gas, or Energy sectors.
  • •Professional presentation with exceptional written and verbal communication for facilitating interviews and stakeholder meetings.
  • •Proficiency using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office; ability to perform under pressure in a complex project environment.
