Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage daily production operations on the shop floor to ensure safe, stable, and efficient execution of the production plan.
  • •Chair daily operational meetings to align manpower, materials, equipment, and priorities to meet production requirements.
  • •Ensure team accountability for EHS, process safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
  • •Establish and maintain standardized operating practices, workforce discipline, and visual management on the shop floor.
  • •Partner with maintenance to improve equipment reliability and collaborate with the MPS team to support production scheduling and weekly order fulfillment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, manufacturing engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience in the chemical industry with responsibility for frontline operations and production execution.
  • •Solid understanding of polymer or formulation manufacturing processes and shop-floor controls.
  • •Good understanding of EHS and process safety management requirements in chemical manufacturing environments.
  • •Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt preferred), plus proficiency in Microsoft Office.
