Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team to analyze sales data, review and interpret complex data sets, and identify trends and patterns to inform decision-making processes.
•Develop reporting strategy and drive team to build sales reports by composing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reporting frameworks using PBI and Excel to monitor important metrics, sales performance, pipeline health, quota attainment, and efficiency indicators.
•Leverage AI and automation tools to improve lead scoring, pipeline analysis, and customer insights.
•Support the sales team by improving GTM collaboration on account and product strategies. Increase seller confidence and time selling. Support sales goal attainment through access to leading and lagging indicators.
•Provide actionable insights by delivering data-driven analysis. Translate sophisticated data into clear, compelling stories. Highlight key performance drivers, business implications, and recommendations to improve sales and grow the business.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 117,100 - 152,200 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data analysis, or related field.
•Proficiency in Excel, CRM platforms, Gong, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI.
•Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and generative AI applications.
•Strong communication and data storytelling skills, including the ability to distill complex analyses into concise narratives.
