Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft people and HR internal communications, including policy updates, performance review process, engagement survey, and RTO initiative updates.
  • •Manage monthly content creation, approval routing, and publishing of The Download (Staffbase) and The Byte (Google Slides).
  • •Coordinate internal communications tactics and timing for key global events and game launches; manage the comms inbox, distribution lists, and communications calendar.
  • •Partner with HRBPs for onboarding communications and support key global events, tools, and data capture for hires, promotions, and anniversaries.
  • •Support strategic operations by coordinating initiatives, managing logistics and deliverables, capturing meeting notes/action items, and improving recurring processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 65,700 - 97,260 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in media, communications, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • •Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong follow-through with urgency.
  • •Some experience working in a matrixed global organization, supporting projects through to completion.
  • •Some experience with HTML and a content management system.
  • •Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, with professionalism and discretion for confidential information.
