Job Summary

Plan, coordinate, and deliver Entry into Service (EIS) and Site Acceptance events for LTEWP with the Royal Saudi Air Force. Own the event lifecycle from planning and readiness through execution and closure, leading event maturity and readiness in collaboration with UK engineering and programme teams. Ensure toolsets, support equipment, and infrastructure are installed and commissioned, and coordinate structured capability handover, milestone acceptance, documentation, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, coordinate, and deliver LTEWP Entry into Service (EIS) and Site Acceptance events with RSAF customers.
•Execute the full event lifecycle from planning and readiness through execution and closure in line with corporate governance and EIS processes.
•Lead event maturity and readiness activities, tracking readiness criteria, dependencies, and risk mitigation with UK engineering and programme teams.
•Coordinate structured capability handover, milestone acceptance activities, and associated documentation with customer representatives.
•Serve as primary focal point for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining documentation and managing risks and escalations throughout the EIS process.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience in regulated defence or aerospace environments, including delivering Entry into Service, acceptance testing, or capability handover.
•Strong programme or project management capability in complex technical environments.
•Experience working with military or government customers, ideally RSAF stakeholders.
•Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering and operational teams and manage site acceptance, commissioning, and readiness processes.
•Existing SCE registration or ability to attain one.
