Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape customer engagements to accelerate adoption of high-value GitLab platform functionality and outcomes.
  • •Develop and present technical solution proposals and services value propositions to customers and account teams.
  • •Lead engagement coordination including commercial terms, legal agreement execution guidance, and closing process coordination.
  • •Coordinate staffing requirements with PS Operations to match skill sets, language, and time zones for each engagement.
  • •Meet and exceed financial targets, manage objections, and report services forecast and risks to account leadership.
