Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead supply chain strategy and operating model optimization, with accountability for service performance, inventory health, working capital, and supply resilience.
  • •Define and govern the multi‑year supply chain transformation roadmap, prioritisation, sequencing, and value realisation across initiatives and investments.
  • •Own supply chain network design and capital planning decisions, including capacity strategy, greenfield and brownfield expansion, site optimisation, and real‑estate footprint evolution.
  • •Set decision frameworks and governance for automation, digitisation, and advanced analytics initiatives, ensuring investments align to enterprise priorities and deliver measurable operational value.
  • •Establish and maintain an integrated planning and execution cadence across demand, supply, production, and inventory to enable disciplined decision‑making and cross‑functional alignment.

  • •Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline (Supply Chain Management, Logistics Planning, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Industrial or related)
  • •MBA or equivalent on‑the‑job experience preferred
  • •Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or related experience a plus
  • •Experience managing a large P&L in prior roles
  • •Minimum of 20 years in supply chain management, engineering and/or project management; minimum of 12 years as a supply chain leader in a production operations environment
