Job Summary

Support the Trusted Thin Client (TTC) server and client environment for the USAFCENT Combined Air Operations Center. Install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot physical and virtual server systems, manage user accounts and access, and monitor logs, performance, and capacity. Provide Tier 2 technical support and assist with desktop/server application integration. Maintain as-built configuration documentation and use tools like ACAS and HBSS to detect and resolve platform and infrastructure issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Administer TTC server and client hardware, software, applications, and services for USAFCENT CAOC.
•Provide Tier 2 technical support and perform O&M activities for TTC systems and infrastructure.
•Install, configure, operate, manage, troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, and maintain physical and virtual server systems and services.
•Manage and administer user accounts, profiles, access, and monitor adherence to security policies and procedures.
•Monitor and analyze workstation/server logs and security/performance using tools including ACAS and HBSS; evaluate architecture and recommend upgrades for end-of-life COTS products; maintain as-built documentation.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering or related field, with 4+ years’ work experience; or 6+ years’ experience.
•Must have a Secret clearance to start (TS/SCI preferred).
•DoD 8140 DCWF 411 (Intermediate Level) certification.
•Citrix Certified Associate – Virtualization (CCA-V) or Citrix Certified Associate – Networking (CCA-N) (or equivalent).
•Raytheon Trusted Computer Solutions Trusted Thin Client Administrator Training Course completed.
