Key Responsibilities

  • •Review logs, identify potential security incidents, and perform root-cause analysis to support the business.
  • •Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell and Python or the Power Automate Platform.
  • •Patch and mitigate the latest vulnerabilities.
  • •Troubleshoot network security issues and identify gaps in the current security posture.
  • •Run phishing simulations and user security education; use Trend Micro product suite (Apex One, Cloud One, Vision One, Deep Discovery) to protect infrastructure.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in an IT Management & Cybersecurity course, computer science, or a related STEM discipline and eligible for a work placement as part of your course.

  • •Understanding of operating systems, particularly Windows.
