Customer Service Delivery Advocate

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doorsteps using Carvana’s custom car haulers, ensuring safe operation and reliable customer experience. You’ll load and unload vehicles, inspect the hauler and vehicles for safety, complete customer paperwork, and maintain thorough notes in Carvana’s customer tracking system. The role includes rotating time off across weekdays and weekends and requires physical stamina, frequent driving, and a valid driver’s license, plus certain state licensing steps.
