  • •Hire, train, and retain top-performing FOH staff; develop teams through coaching, accountability, and direct feedback.
  • •Provide floor leadership for restaurant and events to ensure operational excellence.
  • •Maintain cleanliness standards across all FOH stations and interior/exterior building areas.
  • •Complete delegated operational tasks and support site/operations and pre-service execution, including training and evaluation processes.
