Job Summary

Operate a SiteOne vehicle to deliver landscaping, nursery, forestry, and irrigation products while following transportation regulations. Provide exceptional customer service, build customer relationships, and assist with questions in person or by phone. Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery, load and unload trucks, and support branch operations. Use and comply with in-vehicle dash camera safety requirements and partner with branch leadership to adopt new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate the vehicle in accordance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
•Deliver exceptional customer service and manage strong customer relationships.
•Assist customers with questions and needs in person or over the phone.
•Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pickup or delivery, and load/unload trucks.
•Adhere to SiteOne safety and security protocols, including required use of in-vehicle dash cameras. Partner with branch leadership on new technologies.

Key Requirements

•Valid Class B CDL license (Class A CDL also welcome).
•Experience operating a manual shift may be preferred.
•Experience operating a Moffett or other truck-mounted forklift may be preferred.
•Ability to read and write to record and maintain daily records.
•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform daily physical tasks; must be 18 or older.
