Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership and direction for continuous quality improvement (QI) initiatives to improve efficiency, processes, and quality of care.
  • •Oversee NCQA Accreditation processes and compliance with contractual requirements.
  • •Coordinate company-wide quality assessment and improvement activities, including annual file audits and related quality initiatives.
  • •Manage tools, processes, reports, and audit tools to monitor key processes and program characteristics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of quality management experience (or equivalent leadership experience).
  • •Experience as a lead and managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.
  • •Prior supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work, and managing performance of staff.
  • •Familiarity/experience with HEDIS, CAHPS, Star Ratings, gap closure, and provider quality improvement initiatives.
