Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of leadership experience (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) or completion of Boeing’s internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
  • •3+ years’ experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment.
  • •3+ years’ experience leading teams in a formal leadership role or an informal role.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business-related field (preferred).
  • •3+ years of experience leading a team or project (preferred).
