Job Summary

Own end-to-end product definition and delivery for a meaningful slice of the Pulse roadmap on Sword’s AI-first care platform. Partner with engineering, design, data, clinical, and operations to scope initiatives, set requirements and acceptance criteria, and iterate based on learning. Serve as a strategy thought-partner to the Head of Product, communicate progress and recommendations to leadership, and use AI/LLM-driven capabilities (Phoenix) to build both Pulse and your ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

•Own product definition through delivery for new Pulse features and initiatives, including defining the user, their struggle, and success criteria.
•Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to scope initiatives by analyzing pain points, feasibility, scalability, defining requirements, and acceptance criteria.
•Support execution and iteration in tight feedback loops with Engineering, Product, Clinical, and Operations to keep delivery aligned with high-value product experiences.
•Act as a strategy thought-partner by bringing proposals and feature ideas to the Head of Product, helping prioritize and test them.
•Communicate progress, learnings, and strategic recommendations clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners; use AI/LLM-driven capabilities in how Pulse is built and how you work.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer-facing digital health/wellness or another B2C space with behavior-change/retention dynamics.
•Comfort owning ambiguity without a nearby manager as the senior-most product judgment embedded with the build team.
•Technical fluency to partner deeply with engineering on architecture and tradeoffs, including AI/LLM-powered product concepts even if you don’t code.
•Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional partners and leadership.
•Data fluency: define metrics, read dashboards, and judge feature success (BigQuery/Looker experience a plus).
