Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, and ad hoc reporting related to student success metrics for quality and continuous improvement.
  • •Lead matrixed cross-functional teams across departments to achieve expected program and course outcomes and ensure curricular matrices are enabled.
  • •Ensure courses clearly define student learning objectives, outcomes, competencies, and assessments; monitor and update course information such as syllabus descriptions.
  • •Own course playbooks, faculty readiness, learning guides, implementation methods, and faculty quality and sufficiency requirements.
  • •Ensure accreditation and (potentially) approval matters through data gathering and reporting with Accreditation and Compliance stakeholders; engage in external professional/regulatory/accreditation organizations.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree in education or a related area from an accredited institution.
  • •Proven track record of successful faculty development and program leadership within program curriculum and general practices across higher education.
  • •3 years of demonstrated teaching excellence in a variety of courses at the post-secondary level in an online context.
  • •2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a post-secondary institution (preferred).
  • •Experience in curriculum design, implementation, oversight, and comfort with data, analysis, and reporting.
