Job Summary

Help clients succeed with Spreetail’s logistics services by guiding onboarding, maintaining strong relationships, and resolving issues. You’ll monitor performance, manage contracts and SLAs, and work with global customers to ensure satisfaction and retention, leveraging bilingual English and Mandarin communication in a fast-paced, cross-border ecommerce environment.

Location: Berlin

Workplace: Remote

Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

•Onboard and train new clients, scheduling and leading initial meetings to understand logistics needs and goals.
•Conduct regular client meetings (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) to review performance and address concerns.
•Serve as primary point of contact for client issues, diagnosing problems quickly and accurately.
•Monitor KPIs for each client account (delivery times, order accuracy, inventory levels).
•Ensure client contracts and SLAs are up-to-date and reflective of current services and expectations.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or logistics customer-facing operations.
•Experience in the 3PL, E-commerce, Fulfillment, and Retail industry is highly desirable.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
•Exposure to global customers and an understanding of international markets is desirable.
•Fluent in English and Mandarin.
