Proactively manage the end-to-end process for moderately complex non-injury auto insurance claims, including investigating liability, evaluating coverage, negotiating comparative negligence, and settling claims in compliance with state laws. Set expectations through clear, compassionate communication and thorough documentation of investigations and settlement decisions. Collaborate with internal and external partners, support CAT operations and on-call requirements, and maintain risk/compliance controls while using digital tools to drive timely resolutions.
