Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce recurring and ad hoc workforce reporting across measures such as headcount, workforce movement, turnover, hiring, and related organizational trends.
  • •Analyze People data to identify trends, patterns, exceptions, and areas requiring further investigation, translating business questions into clear outputs.
  • •Explain findings, assumptions, and limitations to technical and non-technical stakeholders and support reporting cycles, business reviews, and People initiatives.
  • •Clarify reporting requirements, expected outputs, and timelines with stakeholders; provide responsive analytical support within service expectations.
  • •Perform data validation and quality checks, follow governance and access controls, document reporting logic and SOPs, and identify and escalate data quality issues.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of hands-on experience turning data into meaningful insights with exposure to reporting, analysis, and stakeholder support.
  • •Experience working with workforce, People, or other business data.
  • •Strong analytical and numerical skills with close attention to accuracy and detail.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confident use of the wider Microsoft Office suite.
  • •Experience producing reports in Workday reporting, Power BI, or equivalent tools (or a clear aptitude to learn them).
