•Design sourcing strategies and help build candidate pipelines through proactive outreach and talent mapping.
•Conduct industry and competitor research to provide actionable hiring insights and best practices.
•Coordinate interviews efficiently and ensure timely, professional communication to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree program in any field of study.
•Previous recruitment or talent sourcing experience (e.g., recruitment agency or in-house recruitment).
•Strong written and verbal English proficiency for engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders.
•Available to commit at least 4 days per week for a minimum of 5 consecutive months.
•Proactive, curious mindset with a strong desire to learn within Talent Acquisition.
