Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Change Control Boards (CCB), including upstream preparation, data and prerequisite validation, change agenda, and delegated arbitration for pre-CCB.
  • •Secure CM deliverables for selected large product changes.
  • •Support the PCL community to ensure adherence to the change process.
  • •Support PCR dossier development, including delivery of PCR business cases and FLOW Mods sizing/monitoring.
  • •Drive continuous improvement by measuring CMPQ performance/quality, communicating KPIs, and delivering improvement initiatives.
