Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all facets of project delivery for individual real estate projects, including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk.
  • •Read and apply standard real estate project documents such as agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings.
  • •Interface with clients to define requirements and prepare scope of work, delivery resources, cost estimate/budget, work plan schedule and milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Lead project delivery teams and third-party project delivery resources, providing guidance and direction to achieve project goals.
  • •Implement project documentation governance, track progress vs. objectives/budgets/timelines, and manage change requests and risk routines, including communication and reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University and/or equivalent related experience.
  • •Prior project management experience is preferred.
  • •PMP (US and/or Canada) and LEED AP are preferred.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • •Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge in MS Project is helpful.
