Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily account operations including professional customer communication, invoicing, Accounts Receivable (A/R), and payment processing.
  • •Oversee inventory monitoring and reporting before and after sale.
  • •Ensure systems are updated accurately and coordinate cross-functional follow-up with internal teams and vendors.
  • •Ensure accurate sale preparation and execution, including lineup management, fee posting, and reconditioning (recon) activities.
  • •Perform detailed reconciliation of transactions to ensure account records are accurate following auction activities.
