Job Summary

Drive Lakebase revenue within the Retail vertical by engaging with account teams, guiding technical and business buyers through multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and demonstrating the value of Databricks Lakebase—a fully managed Postgres for AI-native applications. You'll lead discovery, run POCs, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and CS to accelerate adoption of Lakebase among developers, platform teams, and central IT.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive revenue growth for Lakebase within defined strategic accounts by identifying opportunities and coordinating with regional Account Executives and the broader account team.
•Lead with outcomes for platform, data, and central IT personas, articulating how Lakebase accelerates feature delivery, simplifies data architectures, and improves governance and cost efficiency.
•Sell the value of fully-managed Postgres for intelligent applications, focusing on operational workloads powering real-time AI-driven experiences.
•Manage complex, multi-threaded sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close with stakeholders across technical, product, and business functions.
•Coordinate proof-of-value and POCs with solution architects and specialists to validate Lakebase benefits for OLTP workloads, reverse ETL, and AI/ML applications.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, consistently exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
