Key Responsibilities

•Design for TikTok Tablet, Web, and related AR platforms targeting global users.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, researchers, UX writers, and engineers.
•Participate across the product development lifecycle from ideas to pixel-perfect pre-launch design.
•Rapidly prototype concepts, design user flows using data analysis and user research, and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
•Continuously optimize and take responsibility for the overall product experience.

Key Requirements

•Experience in UX and UI design, leading multiple design projects from strategy to launch with strong attention to detail.
•Familiar with design systems for mobile, tablet, and desktop.
•Ability to iterate quickly and generate a wide range of design concepts.
•Open-minded and receptive to feedback with a patient, collaborative attitude.
•Excellent communication skills to articulate concepts, vision, and decision-making.
