Key Responsibilities

•Own projects end to end by partnering with customer support and engineering to define problems, explore options, validate quickly, and ship improvements that move key metrics.
•Run lightweight self-serve research by talking to customers, testing assumptions fast, and adjusting direction based on what you learn.
•Prototype with AI tools to iterate ideas.
•Bring clarity to product vision and what should be built.
•Remove complexity from users’ shoulders.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Have experience as a product designer working on complex products.
•Own projects from problem definition through launch and iteration.
•Actively use LLMs such as Claude or ChatGPT in your design workflow.
•Have a portfolio showing strong product thinking, interaction design, and craft.
•Define success metrics and adjust based on results.
