Key Responsibilities

  • •Travel to client locations to diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles in the field.
  • •Function as a service advisor and perform parts department duties including ordering, returns, and inventory management.
  • •Document customer vehicle interactions and concerns using the appropriate software suite and follow repair order documentation procedures (The Three C’s).
  • •Maintain high knowledge of high-voltage, low-voltage, and general electric vehicle (EV) systems, including walk-around and write-up processes.
  • •Invoice and collect payment; answer phones, schedule appointments, update customers on repair status, and support service center needs based on demand.

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician.
  • •Knowledge of high-voltage (HV), low-voltage (LV), and EV powertrain systems.
  • •Customer-facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary DMS software.
  • •Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year.
