Key Responsibilities

  • •Own year-end audit and statutory financial statements (SFS) delivery and timetable across all non-UK international Solutions entities.
  • •Lead conversations with external accountants and local auditors on planning, technical issues, and sign-off, escalating and resolving as needed.
  • •Oversee secondary local ledgers maintained by external accounting providers and ensure reconciliations to Oracle Fusion and Group policy.
  • •Review and approve quarterly board packs, including results commentary, and review/challenge entity P&L and balance sheet packs with GAAP-to-IFRS bridges.
  • •Manage the relationship with external accounting providers and local auditors, set up finance processes and controls for new territories, and coach/develop the Senior Finance Accountant team.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with post-qualification experience in an international/group accounting role.
  • •Experience managing external auditors and outsourced accounting providers across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems.
  • •Strong knowledge of accounting, tax, and financial reporting standards across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Ability to present to senior stakeholders and/or boards of directors, with strong judgement and communication skills.
