Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and continuously manage operator, COLO, and IDC key customers, and execute strategic account plans.
  • •Understand customer data center business planning and technical/application needs; identify entry opportunities for Eaton products and solutions.
  • •Manage priority opportunities and complex projects by mapping decision chains, procurement processes, selection criteria, and competitive landscape to formulate project strategy.
  • •Analyze customers’ current supplier ecosystem and technology roadmaps to create access, pilot, replacement, or new application project opportunities.
  • •Build systematic coverage for core data center accounts using account plans, relationship maps, and opportunity pipelines to improve conversion efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in related fields such as electrical, electronics, computer, or marketing.
  • •3+ years of work experience in the data center industry.
  • •Proven project experience in operator (e.g., telecom), COLO, or IDC environments.
  • •Relevant customer relationships and industry network.
  • •Experience with UPS products/solutions and precision air conditioning products/solutions (and ideally across operator, COLO, and IDC domains).
